This customer is from Russia and is a key client we met at the Shanghai exhibition. He hopes we can provide one-stop packaging equipment services. Since many packaging factories only offer specific types of packaging machines separately, this causes inconvenience for the customer. Additionally, they are concerned about the accuracy of packing 50 small bags into each large bag—zero error in quantity is required, meaning each large bag must contain exactly 50 small bags. The production speed must be no less than 30 large bags per minute, and most importantly, they hope the price is as favorable as possible.
Solution:
First, as the customer needs to package small coffee bags, we configured them with a Model 220 three-side seal powder high-speed packaging machine equipped with an easy-tear opening. This servo motor-driven machine costs just a little over 20,000 yuan. Each machine is fitted with a unified conveyor belt, through which the small coffee bags are transported to the elevator. The elevator then discharges the bags, proceeding to the next step of packing small bags into large bags.
Solution:
For the process of packing small bags into large bags, given the customer’s large bag width of 20cm, our Model 420 vertical form-fill-seal machine is perfectly suitable. To ensure production speed while minimizing the customer’s cost as much as possible, we configured a 12-head multihead weigher, a working platform, and an elevator for them.
Excluding the small coffee bag packaging machine, the cost of a single complete set of equipment is less than 100,000 yuan.
