Customer Requirements: A packaging production line for shrimp strips, with 100 grams per pack and an allowable error of ±3 grams. Since the shrimp strips are relatively large, the error tolerance is set to ±3 grams. The customer has a limited budget.
Requirement Analysis: The customer's shrimp strips are relatively long. After repeated tests on the materials, we found that when using the common four-head linear weigher for feeding, the shrimp strips are prone to getting stuck in the card slot due to their length, which affects the normal feeding and packaging efficiency.

Needs Analysis:
The client's shrimp strips are too long. When using the ordinary four-head linear weigher for feeding, the shrimp strips sometimes get jammed after repeated material tests. Although the feeding system with an electronic combination weigher works well, its cost exceeds the client's budget.
Solution:
Finally, we chose the screw weigher feeding solution, which perfectly meets the client's needs. The machine we recommended is: 320 pneumatic back seal machine with 2-head screw weigher feeding.
